But of the three, Rubio.

Crist all the way; he would have been a great Senator.

Crist; we need more independents/moderates in the Senate.

He's like the Mitt Romney of Florida.

Yeah Crist is a sleaze. Fun fact---he dated a relative (I’m not even naming who she is or how she is related) of my mom’s in the 1980s for a few months. Then he cut contact with her and they never saw each other again.

Is it true he's gay?

Bisexual, my guess would be.

Yeah, he is, but he went to my high school and I've talked to him in line at the supermarket.

Yeah, he is, but he went to my high school and I've talked to him in line at the supermarket. He got married at a church (not mine) that I pass every day. His face is on a billboard for the state law firm he now works at, and I see that every day too. He got his start (I think, if I remember correctly) representing my city in the Florida Senate. Pinellas (along with Leon, Broward, and Palm Beach) were the only counties he won against Rubio. Favorite son, ya know?

I would've made an exception in my "don't waste time voting for an Independent like other fickle Democrats do" rule and supported Crist, only because I hate Rubio so much.

Meek, he's the only left-of-center candidate running. Crist and Rubio are right-wingers.

I don't like know-know him, but I've said hi and shook his hand. He seemed quite friendly, but then again, I met Gov. Scott a month or two ago and he was very nice as well, so it's probably not representative of his politics.

Meek for sure. I've had a fantasy of him winning that election since it was clear he would never come close.

I had the pleasure of meeting Kendrick Meek when I lived in Florida; direct and savvy - would have made a great Senator. I'm glad I had the chance to vote for him.

Meek was doomed from the start in that election.
