partisan registration?

According to the PM page, the ratio of Democrats to Republicans to Independents on the Atlas is roughly 2:1:1.

I was thinking WV too, but last I checked, it was 56D/28R/16I.

New York (http://www.elections.ny.gov/NYSBOE/enrollment/county/county_apr12.pdf) is about 50/25/25, counting the minor parties as independents.
