And: The chart on the left side has the 2011 Maastricht budget deficits in each country as a percentage of GDP. On the right side the Maastricht debt levels as a percentage of GDP are shown. On the maps, green indicates countries that are below the Maastricht levels of deficit (3%) and debt (60%), while red indicates levels higher than that. Oh, and Luxembourg too. But they hardly count. :P
