Title: Is Romney's post nomination bump over?
Post by: Devils30 on April 25, 2012, 01:10:26 AM
Last week it was looking like he would get a boost but outside the absurd as always rasmussen poll (with their party id weight having more Republicans than Dems) it seems Obama is leading my the same margin roughly as before.
Add to that the Texas poll- Romney by 7-10 there is consistent with a winning Democrat nationally.

Romney was only ahead in the flawed Rasmussen, Gallup and FOX polls.

Rasmussen is using a ridiculous GOP-biased sample, while Gallup bounces around like sh*t and already had a totally disastrous 2010 poll and FOX news probably wanted more viewers.

All other polls had Obama ahead by about 5, which is in line with the state polls. Not even Rasmussen's state polls make any sense when compared with their national result.

It was the tax filing anti-incumbency bump.  Obama's approvals are back to net positive like they were at the start of the month.

Rather, it was too small to ever be observed. Quantum candidates get quantum bumps, you see.
