We passed a constitutional amendment a few months ago which says the following: The Assembly shall be composed of five members in an election where six or more candidates have made an official candidate declaration by the ballot deadline established in Article IV, Section 1., Clause 7. The Assembly shall be composed of three members in an election where five or less candidates have made an official declaration by the ballot deadline established in Article IV, Section 1., Clause 7. Ah gotcha. I remember the good old days when the assembly was just starting. If we only have conservatives running I may actually think about making a run for a seat, is it still open to someone applying to run? |
