White type may be easier to read, but small type is easier to notice. See my point about the end of sentences? Maybe define small type as anything less than 5pt? NC Yankee- the "nipple rings" section is in jest...how about if I amend to a resolution kindly asking folks not to use below 5 point type? The impractical concern was the structure as a Constitutional Amendment. Resolution is probably the best way to approach this. Senators have 24 hours to object to Ben's amendment.
