Obviously no surprise but they did help Assad: "Assad's tea party leanings are exactly why voters should prefer Frank LoBiondo."
They could have simply laid out the reasons why they thought LoBiondo deserved to be re-elected. Not being chosen by the Inquirer is enough of a plus for someone running to the right. Taking it a step further by attacking Assad for being conservative is a bonus. Too bad this didn't happen sooner... This is particularly true if the other party puts up two credible candidates and the other party has multiple candidates. If the Dems want to win this type of district they are going to have to rally around a single candidate early to make sure they can get through the primary.
