Title: What if Venezuela was called Colombia?

And Colombia still went by Nueva Granada or something. What would Chavez do in his anti-Columbus actions- rename the country?

Bolivar himself was a strong proponent of the name Colombia as a replacement for not just Nueva Granada, but all of Latin America.  If it had been Venezuela and not Cundinamarca that retained the name of Colombia, I expect that Chavez's Bolivarian Republic of Colombia would if anything be trying even harder to establish its preeminence as the leading Colombian state.  Maps in his schools (and in Cuba) would label South America as the continent of Colombia, etc.

What Ernest said. Colombia would be called Cundinamarca and the history would have involved Cundinamarca seceeding from Venezuela, not the other way around as actually history. What impact this would have had is difficult to say.
