Title: Baltimore Attractions
Post by: nclib on June 09, 2012, 12:02:42 PM
What are some good, affordable attractions in Baltimore (pref. the Inner Harbor)? Also, what ethnic restaurants (type or specific restaurant) would be good to check out?

They do have the best aquarium in the country if you're into that. Also, avoid the actual inner city as much as possible. :P

I'd recommend the Walters Art Museum (http://thewalters.org). It's about a mile north of the inner harbor with a very nice collection. A car, public transit, or a long walk (3 mi) can take you to Fort McHenry of Star Spangled Banner fame.

An afternoon at Camden Yards is a very nice experience if you're into baseball.
