I had a laptop like that. What you want to do is find a spare monitor and hook it up to the laptop so that you don't have to do that.

I'm buying a new laptop. Got my eye on a refurbished Compaq one on Amazon for $200.

Yeah, I think I was your age the last time they were really relevant and the Rangers/Devils rivalries actually meant something.  I'm 34 now.... 

I personally want to see them move to Brooklyn but they will probably wind up in Quebec or somewhere elese and just put my support out of its misery.

I hope it's not the Islanders that move to Quebec. Really hope it's the Coyotes.

Yeah, I saw that and laughed too.  One would expect more Leaf, Blackhawk, Red Wing...Ranger...even Avalanche fans.  I'm guessing the Blues, Islanders and Sharks aren't at the top of NHL team hat sales.  Hell, I didn't even know there were any Islanders fans left.

You'd be surprised about the Sharks. They do have an enormous part of the country to themselves.

Yes, I thought the Red Wings were "America's team" - the Yankees or the Dallas Cowboys (or the Lakers?) of the NHL.

Where Brooklyn at?

So pumped about the move to the Barclay's. 

I used to claim Atlanta as my favorite team, but I never actually watched a game, and I didn't really care when they stopped existing.  I suppose I'm a free agent now.

Finally a new arena.  Wish, they could have stayed on the Island and the Lighthouse Project was done (thanks Kate Murray for screwing that up), but excited about the move to Barclay's.


Kinda sad that on my way home from work tonight (I work in Garden City), driving down the Meadowbrook near the Coliseum, I saw more traffic heading over there for the Knicks/Nets game there tonight than I did anytime last year when the Isles had a home game.
