I know I speak for everyone when I say you will truly be missed. Your silly antics made the forum a brighter and better place. Keep on chasing rainbows, guys. We will remember you. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nSz16ngdsG0)

Proud and yet saddened to feature so prominently in this memorial.

It was the first trollicious post I came to when going through his memoirs. You were one of the last to speak with him. What was he like?

One of our best. Dedicated to his work, and committed to continuing it despite any objections of those who knew less well.

I didn't always agree with Mondale, but he shouldn't have been banned.  Was Politico banned too?

Yes, he should've been.

Mondale was a sock of KenyanObama. Depressing fact: they (he? it?) attend(s?) Princeton.

Was he banned because of that, because I thought that had been known for awhile? Perhaps he had a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hide persona going on. Of course, now we'll never know (until next time).

You underestimate the upcoming turnout of the conservative base.

For Romney? This poll is overestimating Romney support.

That's why I've been saying Romney needs to pick Gohmert as VP to energize the base. That's the real problem, not independents.

LOL.
A nobody won't energize anything, since even the base doesn't know him.

The base knows its heroes and champions.

How is talking about terror babies at all heroic?

UMMM.....by bringing attention to a serious problem which threatens our national security.

Stop it. NOW.

Other way around.  Mondale registered well before KenyanObama, so KenyanObama was a sock of Mondale.  But it wasn't discovered until recently, well after the KenyanObama account was banned for nonstop trolling.

And Hillary2012 was only banned for a week, so any memorial is premature.

Then in Ben's case, it becomes a wake (in the oldest sense)!

Mondale was good at first, but then for whatever reason he descended into full troll mode. He posted about making a conscious transition iirc.

He had a sock account that he argued with.  If we wouldn't ban that, what should we ban?

Also, Ben Romney was not permabanned.

No... it was made a temporary ban shortly after he was banned.  Long before this stupid thread was made.

See this?

Maybe if you had actually read the prior comments, you would have realized that the circumstances regarding Hillary2012 were clarified shortly after I posted. Long before your stupid comment was made.

I have read the prior comments (in fact I MADE a prior comment pointing out that he was not permabanned).  I'm just pointing out that your "prayers" were not answered here.  The shortening to a week's ban was something that happened over a week ago.

Clarification would not have been necessary if you wouldn't have made a faulty assumption memorializing a marginally (and that's generous) contributing poster and a puppetmaster who liked to argue with his sock.

Then why reiterate it? Regardless of the circumstances of the ban, you do realize that the entire premise of the post was not to be taken seriously, right? Oh, you don't.

Clarification would not have been necessary if you wouldn't have made a faulty assumption memorializing a marginally (and that's generous) contributing poster and a puppetmaster who liked to argue with his sock.

And obviously since you have a chip on your shoulder - in addition to numerous responses by others outlining the circumstances behind Hillary2012 - your presence in this article would not have been necessary if some time were taken on your part to differentiate between content that is of no interest to you and content that genuinely requires your presence despite your lack of interest in it.

There are three people whose posts I've reported to moderator:

-Ben Romney
-Politico
-Mondale84

(and probably NYJew, too)

I'm glad to see that my reports are read.
