Red: More Hispanic than African American (321 EV)
Blue: More African American than Hispanic. (217 EV)

30% Shade: Up to 4% more.
50% Shade: 5-9% more.
70% Shade: 10-14% more.
90% Shade: 15%+ more.

To be fair, I regularly vacation in rural Maine I have never seen a non-white person there.

The switch in IL from black to Latino for the largest minority happened in the last decade.
