I just though schools could use that money to buy new books, but I'm totally fine with the bill.

I support this for sure, but want to be clear that we're talking about post-secondary as opposed to secondary. I know as a high school student around here, you don't accrue expenses unless you buy a calculator or a computer or something, in which case I would still support.
