I like and support this bill.
Maybe that can help so schools get more modern books?

It could possibly. Would you like to offer an amendment?

I think it should still be in the school's own responsibility to buy more books (Generally your american system with school equipment is a bit odd to me, but that's another thing), and we shouldn't have too many regulations, so no. I just though schools could use that money to buy new books, but I'm totally fine with the bill.

Is this college that we're talking about? I support this for sure, but want to be clear that we're talking about post-secondary as opposed to secondary. I know as a high school student around here, you don't accrue expenses unless you buy a calculator or a computer or something, in which case I would still support.

Also, is clause 2 based upon income? That would probably be most logical.

Oh... I totally misread this bill... I thought you wanted to establish a tax credits for the schools, and not for the students ^^ Forget everything I've said on this bill.

I am still supportive of the bill, though.

Yes, I support wholeheartedly this, and we intend to get to the open bills when Cranberry comes back, so we could take a short vacation. :)

Let me add this before signing to be clear:

So... I've returned :P
Probably I won't have the time tomorrow to open new bills, I'll do it on Tuesday; but if everyone of you is ok with that bill, I'd open a vote?

What taxes would students be making deductions from? Nay, for the record.

I'd say all the taxes a student has to pay? You'll have to ask Devin about this, he wrote that bill.
