I think the Fox and CNN polls are one of the few that use live callers for both cell phone and landline surveys. I wouldn't exactly call them junk. Small sub-samples, I suppose. Hard to tell at least from the IA poll, but that would be my guess. An early vote total is rarely statistically significant unless a ton of votes are banked.
