I can move this if bore wants, but I have traditionally maintained it as a courtesy going back to 2011 even when bgwah and BK ran the joint. I inserted language into the previous rules mandating its existance in some form but I think that is now gone. Still it provides a good measure along with the legislation and such as to the activity of the Senate and the Senators. Generally speaking, we are far behind previous Senates on this front.
