The executive authority of the Northeast Region shall be vested in the Governor of the Northeast Region. The Governor must be a registered voter in the Northeast Region. sponsor: evergreen Debate will end at 11:00EST on July 23rd, unless an extension is required. Voting ends 12:15EST on July 25th. This amendment is intended to fix that oversight.
