Title: VP Term Limit Post by: VPH on August 25, 2015, 07:14:54 PM Is there any sort of limit on how long a VP serves? I know it wouldn't happen, but say the Dem nominee selects Biden as VP and wins again. Hypothetically, would that be legal?

As long as the VP wasn't POTUS for 6 or more years, he can serve as VP for as long as he can be reelected and still succeed to the the office President upon the office's vacancy by death, resignation, or impeachment.
