In Germany out of 80 Million citizens 80,000 are in jail. This number makes 0.1% of the whole population
In the US out of 300 Million citizens, 2 millions which is 0.7% are in jail.

In other words the jailed-ratio is 7:1 “in favor” of the US. I wonder why?
As a matter of fact I don’t wonder because I think that I do know the answer.

The US has the highest per capita incarination rates in the world.

The fact that, in Germany, you can stab a tennis player in front of a live audience and not go to jail might have something to do with the fact that the Germans have so few people in jail.

You should be executing a LOT more people.

And also, in Germany, you can easily get away with crime.  A murder will get you 10 years or so.  A rape about 10 too.  A break in?  You go off free.

Like sauerkraut. However, the beer is great! I would say top 5 in the world if not the best.

In that case, why is it that Germany is so much safter than the US?

It should be obvious - the U.S. has stricter and more enforced laws regarding drugs. Also, higher rates of violent crime exist in the US, so we have more violent criminals to lock up.

Obviously there are fewer blacks in Germany.

That fact can be applied to just about any comparison between the U.S. and another predominantly white country on any indicator highly correlated with low SES levels.

Bringing the correct numbers and still lying

Fact:  12% of the population – the blacks – commit 46% of the crimes.
This is a devious demagoguery despite the fact that the numbers are the correct ones. In simple language it is called “comparing apples to oranges”.
We know that there are three crucial elements which strongly impact the crime rate: Age, income-per-capita and whether the person lives in big city, in the suburbs or in a rural area.

So, if we really want to conduct a study on the race-crime correlation, we have to do something like the following:
Take 1000 black people, all of them in the 18-22 age range, all of them from a big city (Chicago for example) and all of them from families where the income per family member is $5,000-$6,000.
Take 1000 white people who meet the exact same conditions (including the city). Find how many crimes where committed by people from each group during one year.
If, for example, the blacks committed 112 crimes and the whites committed 28 crimes, then you can clearly declare that crime rate among blacks is higher than among whites. If, on the other hand, the numbers would be like 76 crimes by blacks vs. 71 crimes by whites, then the conclusion would be, that as to crime rate, there is no difference between the races.

I don't know about biting germany I prefer to drink it.
