Now, I would certainly agree with those at the regional level, but I think we should do this via a constitutional framework. I'd be happy to be proven wrong. :P

Also, while I'd like to see there be no laws criminalizing drug use or possession anywhere, do we have the constitutional authority to prohibit regions from making laws about this?
