Title: Expired Legislation Thread Post by: Emsworth on September 02, 2005, 08:30:22 AM Per Article 3, Section 3 of the Official Senate Procedural Resolution, this is the Expired Legislation Thread. Senators may reintroduce legislation that was introduced in the previous Senate session, but expired without being debated OR without receiving a final vote.
"In order for legislation to be reintroduced, said legislation must not have received public debate time on the Senate floor, or if debate time has been given, must have not come up for a public vote in front of the full Senate."
