Roosevelt (P): 35% 267 Wilson (D): 34% 265 Taft (R): 22% Debs(S): 9% How would the effect of third parties had changed? Could it have ended the monopoly of the two-party system, or would it have just been a fluke that means nothing in the political realm? That would mean no Lafollette, though he could have been the Republican nominee at some point.
