Both were what could be described as great Presidents, but I line up more closely to Reagan's philosophy and leadership style. Reagan made every attempt he could to imitate FDR's management style, but unlike FDR, who's chaotic management style pitted advisors against each other, FDR was always in charge, and always knew what was going on. Reagan on the other hand, delegated authority, and was notoriously out of the loop at times... See Iran Contra.
