Considering that Sanford is the incumbent and has been advertising heavily while Moore is still conserving his funds, I'm not surprised.  The interesting thing is that despite having an unopposed advertising barage, Sanford has not improved at all.  However, Moore is running out of time to kick his campaign into high gear.  He needs to start spending money now if he is to have any chance of victory.
