I hate "Strategic" Vision... just headline numbers. No interesting stuff.

I don't really know their methodology, but this cycle their numbers have consistently made sense... i.e. tracked upward as Bush moved up in the polls. Very few outliers.

I would tend to agree they aren't overly useful, though they do ask a SwiftVet question.

Are they good enough to pick up a trend beyond what's happening nationally? Say, in NJ and/or WI? We'll find out.

A result on the medium-high side of things for Bush.

A couple points less than Gallup, a few points more than the "consensus" of the others

Last few polls out of Wisconsin:

Strategic Vision (GOP) September 13

Bush 49.0%
Kerry 43.0%
Nader 2.0%

Gallup September 12

BUsh 52.0%
Kerry 44.0%
Nader 1.0%
Undecided 5.0%

Rasmussen September 12

Bush 49.0%
Kerry 47.0%

Gallup August 26

Bush 48.0%
Kerry 45.0%
Nader 4.0%

Rasmussen August 26

Bush 48.0%
Kerry 45.0%

Gallup August 26

Bush 50.0%
Kerry 47.0%

Los Angeles Times August 24

Bush 48.0%
Kerry 44.0%

There was also a partisan poll done by ACT! in there somewhere showing Kerry up by 9% I think it was.
