     Probably Ford. If saying macaca caused Allen to immediately lose 20% in VA, imagine what it would do to him in other parts of the country.

Nixon was dead at one point, too.

Well Allen is genuinely dead, but don't count Ford out just yet.

Ford is going to have to embrace slightly more progressive ideas to have a future in the Majority-Democratic party....but he still is a pretty good Democrat. Sure. How about Ford.
