Out of a Trotskyist party (SEP), or a Castroist party (SWP).
Which would do think would most likely win?
The Trotskyist party's (SEP) biggest advantage is calling the other canidate undemocratic.
The Castroists biggest advantage is that they're party's (SWP) better known, it's also been around longer.

Yes There have been succesful examples of Communism.
(Note these Communes are more Anarcho-Communist or Libertarian Communist or Non-Marxist Communists)
