Yes, I have a question: how does a 17-year-old come to possess intimate enough knowledge of dating that he can give advice to other people to solve their problems?
The better question is why a 21 year old Canadian is so confident that a 17-year old doesn't possess dating knowledge. Eh.

Alcon - stop harassing Naso - just because his face looks like that and has hair that looks like it's on fire doesn't mean you can make fun of him.
So - Naso,
1st - that first picture - you look like Biff from Back to the Future - perhaps that's one of your 1970s/80s women problem causers (that makes no sense, but w/e)
So - burn that picture by placing it on top of your head. Your hair will do the rest.
2nd - what's w/ the black? Are you going for a halloween theme here?
3rd - the biker look - it makes you look older. Go with some tropical look to pick up some hotter (but still older) women (like Nadia)
or go with an off white or light blue Hollister shirt and either jeans or kahkis to pick up some younger chicks.

No of course not, nor restricted in any way.
i actually agree with opebo on this one. And I also disagree with Dobson As do I - I see nothing wrong w/ gambling - but their needs to be restrictions that keep kids off of it. Other than that, I don't care if you bet your house away.

Or you could settle w/ a poster of Nadia Yassir from 24 (who's really Hispanic).
Don't you just want to....UGH....what a chick. maybe you should find a chick who's studying to be a meteorologist.
Good advice there. Stop posting so much here and find some weather girls. I don't think they're Naso's type, if you know what I mean. I miss Floyd. Why are you UGHing Nadia? OK - me and you are gonna go storm chasing, and find you a girl. My parents prob. won't let me go - so it'll have to wait until I'm 18 though. And who's Floyd?

Never had one...and highly doubt I ever will.
Hmmm . . . either you plan to be gay then or you are going to live in your mothers basement. Why would you say that? I'm just assuming girls don't want an ugly weather and politics fanatic. Well, first off you should know that women care less about a guy's looks than guys care about a women's looks - sure they like a hottie, but they don't just go for good looking guys. If you've got something else going for you, then you've still got a shot. Even if you're heavily interested in weather and politics, you probably have other interests. Or maybe you should find a chick who's studying to be a meteorologist. Or you could lower your standards. Look - I'm even worse than Naso - I'm him (w/ normal hair ) but ultraconservative and I got a g/f. Naso, let me give you some advice: Put out a personal add and say that you like pina colattas, getting caught in the rain, making love at midnight and something about champaign. Then a girl who likes all those things will find you - and you'll realize that she's the ex-girlfriend you never had. That's right - I listen to WNIC's flashback weekends on the radio (and I have a g/f). Or you could settle w/ a poster of Nadia Yassir from 24 (who's really Hispanic).

General Politics / U.S. General Discussion / Re: A Christian Nation?

I don't believe so at all... And to prove it, I ask you to look at the religious sentiments of our founding fathers... John Adams was a Unitarian, Benjamin Franklin was a deist who could be described as agnostic... Thomas Jefferson has been called a diest, but I tend to believe he was athiest. George Washington was a diest, who was openly contemptuous of organized religion (Athough he did believe in god).
This country was founded on philosophical democratic republicanisim. A tax issue. Not Judeo-Christian or any other religious values. Many of the men who were most prominant were not members of organized religion (And in some cases) were athiest.
Yet they encouraged Bible reading in schools. And there were many who were Christians - you name a few who weren't.

1. L. Brooks Patterson - Oakland County Executive who said that the Detroit City Council belongs in the zoo! Go Brooks!
2. Ed Clemente - My state house Rep. (D) - he's really a republican, but has to run as a Dem. to get elected.
3. Dick DeVos - He never should've lost
4. Mitt Romney - I don't care that he's a Mormon - he's now pro-life.
5. Mike Cox - a GREAT Attorney General! Good at fighting internet crime (child porn, etc... - which is my passion)
