Sorry, I'm not getting the reference. I am actually looking for some legitimate help.

FYI, if your still looking for help, I'd be happy to listen. I may be the forum oaf, but I did serve as a office representing human relations for 6 years, usually dealing in... Unethical things

I'm a gay, white male. So obviously....no.

You're literally in her core demographic, along with middle aged white women.

And yet, I'm literally not. Just because I am who I am, doesn't mean I have to follow or like her positions. It almost fits in where everyone thinks if your poor, a minority, or gay you must be a democrat.

Everyone of you are despicable.  I have done absolutely nothing to deserve to be so rudely insulted.  All I did was change jobs.  You would not question anybody else for changing jobs, so why are you insulting me so harshly?  I come out the winner in all this.  I am the honest guy.  You all are vile, despicable, and sick human beings.  You don't care about me, you just use me for entertainment.  You are the vile ones, not me.  I am done with the Update.  I am done being treated worse than yesterday's trash.  I'll stick around and talk politics, but the Update is done.  I ask that it be locked.  Idiots.

It's because your a pathetic, fat loser, who can't hold down a job. Your not a winner, you havent been, and never will be. You are not honest. You deleted people from your facebook who told the truth about you.

You are the vile, despicable person. You hide behind your faith, even though your a total screw up. Good luck with your crappy excuse for a life. I'm sure it will only be around for 3 more years the way you eat.

Bushie, weren't you proudly taking a multivitamin that wasn't prescription strength? What happened to that?

It's like literally any little thing that could improve his health he simply will not do.  Bewildering.

I've been taking them, but my doctor said I needed to take them with a full stomach, otherwise they just pass through.  I've just been taking them with my morning medicine regardless of whether I've had food or not.
Jeff... Come on. Your 32 and you are taking morning medicine. How did you not realize something is wrong with that?  You need to start taking some of our advice more seriously. You don't have to trust everyone who was lost weight.. But put some faith in those who really have accomplished. I used to be a super fat like you. I was 31 and 315lbs. Now a little over a year later I'm 210lvs and still dropping. Diet and exercise.. That's it. If you can't put in the real effort, you'll never do it. This isn't about trying to get life together so that you can get a good job, or that new car you always wanted. This is about adding years BACK onto your life.

You've subtracted so many over the past 2 -3 years. How much longer can you keep it up before you realize what you did, and that it is now too late.

I can't drink caffine anymore.. and at work we only have a Starbucks machine... so the decaf is far from
Sad

When I did though, it was normally black, on a few occasions maybe a splenda. In the fall, I used to love putting some pumpkin spice creamer in it.

What if Bushie ends up as a grocery store manager making 80,000 dollars a year?

That'd be nice.  That's something to set my sights on, but first I must take care of the here and now.  GSM is my goal and I am going to start the path toward that.  I must put in the time faithfully day in and day out if I ever hope to move up the ladder.

Jeffy, congrats on the new job! Do us all a favor though and stop thinking about making a damn career out of everything. You did this at sprint, dell, Xerox, and cad(d) jobs, and look where they ended up. Just take this opportunity for what it is, and don't act like this job is beneath you. You'll never make it higher if you think like that. Take this position for what it is, and just do your job. We want you to succeed, but you have to remain realistic.

So how many cheat days do you have left this week now?

1

Ugh, pathetic. You've now had more cheat days this week, than I have all month. Apparently, you have no self control.

This.  I'm more than halfway to my goal of 50 pounds.....there are no cheat days!!!!!!!!!!!

Say whaaa?! You go gurl!!

so, bushie, planning on moving back into the family trailer next month?

It depends if I find a job here in Tulsa within the next 3-4 weeks.
I'll put the odds of you finding a job at 10%. Considering you can't even stand to have an interview with a temperature in the mid 30s w/ flurries (the sort of weather that would be considered quite nice up where I live during this time of year), I'm not optimistic at all.

Funny you should say that, because it snowed at least 2-3" in both OKC and Tulsa today with temperatures in the lower 20's.  That's not a lot to folks in the North and Northeast United States, but it is significant for Oklahoma.  Roads were snow packed in OKC where they had a little more snow.  The snow has moved out now and skies should clear overnight so we'll have sunshine and temps in the high 30's to low 40's tomorrow.  I do have an interview in OKC at 1400 tomorrow so I will be getting out and driving 4-5 hours roundtrip on the melting roads.  I anticipate mostly dry or maybe wet roads, so I don't anticipate trouble, but the grass will be nice and white.

I've spoken with 5 different people I know who currently live in Oklahoma. Funny enough, 2 are in El Reno, and 3 in Tulsa. They all verified,  2-3 inches is NOT significant for Oklahoma.

Losing 8 pounds does not come by slothful eating.  That's how much I've lost.

Show us the scale to prove it. If you dont, than you can't prove anything... and you can't blame us for not  backing you and supporting you. We would support you more, if you proved to us that you were actually doing something

For the record, one Cinnabon has 880 calories.

So Bushie... that's 1/3 of your recommended daily caloric intake in one cinnamon roll.

I did not have a Cinnabon.  I had a cinnamon roll from Braum's.  According to this website: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/en/nutrition-facts-calories/braums/2 - It was 460 calories for an entire roll.

The Braum's website suggests its 500 (largely empty) calories.

LOL! That carb intake was higher than my weekly intake

Gentlemen, Thanks for the laughs the past few posts!

We just got back from supper.  Mexican food.  That was my only meal today other than a small cinnamon roll for breakfast.  Let the trumpets sound, along with the bugels, French horns, baritones, tubas, and the rest of the brass band.  Flutes are not allowed...

No problem! Glad that pointing out your morbid obesity and drastically shortened lifespan could get you a few chuckles. I thought it was only getting diabetes that would do that.

Because your a liar. Liars go to hell, even if they pray for forgiveness. He told me this.
