General Politics / Political Debate / Re: Would you boycott a business if it was owned by a Muslim?

Definitely not, in answer to the question
A few assaults on Sikhs, hindus etc happened after 9/11 because people thought they were muslim.
It might be difficult to assess who is muslim, afterall, you can be white and islamic.
Now there is a question...
the people who answered 'no', would you shop there is the owners were white and muslim?

Sorry if these questions seem stupid, but I'm still learning!
What time will the results be out?
What about exit polls?
Cheers

Say John Edwards wins the nomination and is campaigning for the general when his wife's illness becomes serious.
Does he continue campaigning?
What happens if she dies?
How does it affect the election?

Yes but if you throw a TV in a pool is the pool killing you?
I agree about that if you want to murder you'll find a way but giving someone a gun hardly helps!
Just adding some stats to the arguement
murder rate in 2000s per 100,000 people US 5.9 Iran 2.93 European Union 2.37 United Kingdom 2.03 Canada 2.01 France 1.64 England, Wales 1.62 New Zealand 1.29 Australia 1.28
I think that says it all...

On a political show called "Question Time" in the UK, the conservative MP on the show said that if he lived in America he would be a democrat!
I believe that, generally, Europe is far more liberal/left that the US and I think that is a good thing!
Gay marriage/abortion etc are already implemented and are non-issues in many places!

I'd love it if Kucinich would win, he is a true progressive liberal, however, as he has no chance of winning either the nomination or, more importantly, the general election, I'd vote Clinton as I believe she can win the general election.
I think sometimes, you have to look at who can win the general election and not who may be the best.
