I was in 5th Grade. I learned when I returned in class after dinner. Since my parents were not eating at home that day, I was eating at school.
Teacher seemed different than usual. She sat on a desk to be nearer of us (she never did that before and she never did that after), said than a very sad event happened during the morning and she talked us big towers in New York city who collapsed because planes crashed into them.
I was sure she was making a joke, I was not able to believe than that was even possible.

Everyone talks about all the secret PM's they send each other and all these great friendships that develop over PM's. I never get any PM's. Well except from Alcoun. But he doesn't count cause he smells.
Of course, I don't really want PM's from a lot of you, so maybe I shouldn't complain.
Oh and Lief/Bacon King FTW
I prefer AIM to PMs Yay! I'm not the only one who don't receive any PMs. By the way, I sent you a PM, bgwah, I don't know to aim. Do we need a bow to make it working?

If it's not too much, would the Senate pass legislation making it a crime to reveal classified or top secret information? I figure if I am, indeed, going to be supplying that sort of info, there should be some deterrent from publicizing it.
I have a problem because of the possible case than Senators could need a secret information to pass a law. Senate will not give all the control to the President and the DoEA, from what I am seeing on the Senate floor. It would really be up to the Senate how the law is crafted. I understand that information cannot only be shared with the PPT, but that is who the info will be released to in the Senate. The hope is that this person will share that info with the Senate. Essentially, I will be sharing top secret info with the Pres., VP, SoEA and PPT. It is their responsibility to keep the Senate informed. I already know that. I was talking than we need an exception for Senators, since the PPT, the VP, the SoEA or the President could be prosecuted for saying it privately to the Senators.

Even if the troll isn't banned, I urge Gustaf and/or MJ to purge any of the posts he makes in Fantasy election like they did to Xahar.
And the Fantasy Government, please

Atlas Fantasy Elections / Atlas Fantasy Government / Re: Atlasian Motorcycle Safety Act [debating an amendment]

Amendment, proposed as friendly. The Atlasian Motorcycle Safety Act
Section A It shall be illegal for any person in Atlasia to: 1. Operate a motorcycle or motortricycle while carrying a passanger ten years of age or younger. 2. Operate a motorcycle or motortricycle unless person has a valid license that shows that person has passed an examination to ride a motorcycle or motortricycle. 3. Knowingly permit a motorcycle or motortricycle owned by such person to be driven on any highway by person who has not passed an examination to ride a motorcycle or motortricycle.
Section B 1. Anyone riding on a motorcycle shall wear protective headgear at all times the motorcycle or motortricycle is in motion. 2. Protective headgear must cover at least the top and rear portions of the skull.
This bill will establish the following: Violating Section A on a first offense shall result in up to 90 days in prison, a $150 to $200 fine, and a license suspension up to six months. Subsequent offenses shall result in up to 1 year in prison, a $200 to $600 fine, and a license suspension of at least two years. Not following Section B shall result in a fine that cannot exceed 150 dollars. These provisions may be amended by regional governments at their discretion.
Even if Hamilton's amendment was rejected, it is still a good idea to explain what must be covered by the headgear. I didn't bring back the religious exemption, as that this more controversial, but we should at least debate on it.

Atlas Fantasy Elections / Atlas Fantasy Government / Re: Reasonable Minimum Wage Act [friendlily amended]

Freezing the minimum wage in times of deflation might backfire if the economy deflates enough. I don't know enough about the effects of Hoover's/FDR's policies in the Great Depression to be sure about this, though.
This amendment is worse than the original bill. I am sure than if the economy goes thought an very heavy and permanent deflation, senators will be able to manage that by changing the law.
