The one candidate Reagan actually endorsed for any political office. Dr. Paul
I believe that Reagan endorsed Paul because Paul was the Republican candidate.

National vote total in the primary? Popular vote? Delegate vote? %? Or actual vote tallies?

%

So why did you ask how many votes they would get?  That's very different.
It's easier than predicting an actual number.

The more immediate question is how many of those people will still be running when the primaries start?
Just assume all of them are.

If you wanted to make a thread about Jonathon Sharkey, you didn't need to package it this way.
%

And it's not about Jonathan Sharkey, I just put the link in because I assumed a lot of people wouldn't know who the man is.

They should try to recall Snyder.
If I were in Georgia I would try and recall Deal. Not that it would work, but it might drive the "Deal is a scumbag" message through the voters' heads.

Gentlemen, how would you grade my projections for the upcoming election?

President Coolidge - 308 collegiate votes
Mr. Davis - 183 collegiate votes
Sen. LaFollette - 40 collegiate votes

I expect Senator LaFollette to do well in the states won by Roosevelt in 1912, but to gain collegiate votes only in the West, Minnesota, and his native Wisconsin.

No, no, no. Despite all his poor judgements, Mr. Roosevelt was at least a true gentleman. This is impossible to seriously compare him to a demagogue like Mr. La Follette.
<btw, New Mexico is supposed to be GOP>

45  Presidential Elections - Analysis and Discussion / Alternative Elections / Re: Best humanly possible (or impossible, really) situation on: May 25, 2011, 04:04:49 pm
Morning in America on steroids leaves Palin with the largest EV deficit in history....Republican turnout is abysmal and Obama gets 20% of the Republican vote nationally..Even Mitch McConnell votes for Obama....

Obama/Biden: 61.9%  535 EV
Palin/Boring: 34.2%      3 EV
Libertarian:   2.5%

Palin wins Wyoming by 487 votes after a manual recount.

In the Senate Democrats successfully defend all their seats (A blade of grass defeats Rick Berg) and pick up Arizona, Texas, Tennessee, Massachusetts and Nevada. They also win back the House with a 45 seat gain.

*sniff* So beautiful...

*vomits*
46  Presidential Elections - Analysis and Discussion / Alternative Elections / Re: Mini Election Night Timelines on: May 25, 2011, 04:03:21 pm
Nice, although by 2020 I think that some people would be in different positions. Like Mike Pence, for example, would probably be the outgoing governor of Indiana. Sarah Palin might be a senator from Arizona or Alaska by that point.

Shouldn't it be Palins of the Bering Straight?  Mrs. "I can see Russia from my house".
She can see Mexico from her house now.

Does Florida do recalls? If they do, they should recall Rick Scott.
