There are ways that you can find out.  Do you wear socks with sandals?  Do you put hot sauce on macaroni and cheese?  How do you pronounce the word AUNT? 

I just think California Democrats come off as slimy and corrupt (see Boxer, Feinstein, Newsom, etc.) but would certainly vote for them over California Republicans.

A bit disappointed. Hopefully we can get someone other than Schwartz or McCord to be the gubernatorial nominee.

Yup. Fun fact: when I used to work for the Romney campaign (boo hiss blahblah,) the Field supervisor was talking one day about a guy named Han who worked there during the week. Turns out it was hantheguitarman. Never got to meet him, though.

This. I was sincerely hoping I wouldn't have to vote for Allyson Schwartz, but it appears that she'll be the Dem candidate, barring a huge upset. Ugh. I won't vote for her, though.

For me, I probably couldn't bring myself to vote for a California Democrat or someone who has a history of corruption.
