Anton Kreitzer (R-TX) - 348 EVs 54.5%
Bernie Sanders (I-VT) - 190 EVs 45.0%

A hardcore conservative is more amenable to America than an outright socialist.

Endorsed. Though this shouldn't come as a surprise, ha.
31  General Politics / Individual Politics / Re: Members of your party that you wouldn't vote for? on: May 17, 2013, 05:28:38 pm
Conservatives: I'd vote for pretty much any candidate. Even if they were a whack-job libertarian like Steve Baker.

Republicans: On the Presidential level, I'd go for anyone not from the paleo-con or ultra libertarian wing. I could stomach a social conservative such as Rick Santorum, barely.
32  Forum Community / Forum Community / Re: Is the preceding poster a FF or HP? on: May 17, 2013, 05:17:27 pm
Don't really know much about him to be fair, though seems pretty moderate-y (despite the PM score) and inoffensive, so that ticks the FF box.
33  Forum Community / Forum Community / Re: Which state is the preceding poster least similar to politically? on: May 17, 2013, 04:43:42 pm
South Carolina.
34  General Politics / Individual Politics / Re: 1996 United States Presidential Election on: May 17, 2013, 04:34:56 pm
I came here expecting Lugar/Wilson on the GOP side, when I first saw Buchanan I was almost about to vote Democrat (yes, I know..), then I saw the saving grace of Ross Perot at the bottom and cast a very enthusiastic vote!

Edit: Hilarious at the Reform tickets votes here considering their primary performance.

The Crusades and the Latin Kingdoms. I took this as my Spring Term option and it was really interesting, the name of the course was even the same too

Power, Authority and the State in Early Canada.

China since 1949.

The Italian Renaissance.
