Cuomo would be more of a problem as AG since he'd now be responsible for enforcing federal laws against corporations and Wall Street corruption.

You're assuming he'd take the same tack as Attorney General as he would as New York Governor... besides which he wouldn't take it, as it would be an admission that he couldn't get elected President.
