Abbas started the entire ugly affair, just like Arafat did. First they walk away from the peace accords, then they make up a lie involving the Temple Mount to rile people up. Then they sit back and watch the carnage begin.

Since when does it make sense to say that someone started anything in the Palestine/Israel-conflict? Both sides do more than enough stupid things so that the other side always have the opportunity to use them as an excuse for their own stupid actions ad infinitum

Because regardless whether people understand it or not, the truth matters.

My point was that it doesn't make sense to blame someone for starting it, as it has been going on forever, i.e. pretty much what Hnv1 said in the last post.
