Hello my fellow Atlasians! I am here before you to announce that I will be running as a Democrat-Republican for Mideast Governor! We have had inactivity in this region for far too long, and I plan to work my hardest to revitalize this region. As Governor I will take an active role in working with national and regional figures to figure out what is best for this region. I do not do this light-heartedly, and even though I have been asked to run for Senate, I believe my place is here in the Mideast, working for all of you.

Ultimately my first choice for Lieutenant-Governor would Shua, he has served the Mideast very well in the past and would be extremely helpful in getting the Assembly moving again. However should he decline to make a run, then I have a few other candidates in mind, but Shua is at the very top of my list.

My fellow mideasterners, this is election day! Today will decide the fate of our once great region! For too long has the Mideast wallowed in apathy, now we must make a change! Together we can bring back the once busy assembly, with Mechaman and Spiral, and work to make changes that mideasterners want! No more inactive Governors, instead I will work to be an active governor, one who leads and does what is best for the Mideast! Thank you, and go vote!

I want to thank everyone who went and voted for me, Spiral, and Mechaman. While I was not successful in my run, two excellent people have been elected to the assembly. As for Governor TJ, I congratulate him on his win and a clean race, and wish him luck in his tenure as governor.

I am here to announce my run for Mideast Senate, I believe my beliefs best align with those of the Mideast compared to my opponent. I believe in working with the entire senate, not just my own party. I am not afraid of having an independent streak. I am very open to any questions you might have, so please ask away.

I think that my record shows that I have indeed worked with both sides of the aisle, the Public Sector Strike Regulation Act being proof of that, as well as my willingness to table bills of mine that are unlikely to pass the Senate. Nonetheless, I'd like to welcome you to the race, and would like to challenge you to a debate, if someone is willing to moderate it.
I would be willing to debate you, and this run is not something over anything in particular you did, merely I believe that the Mideast should have healthy competition to keep things interesting. I also believe that my values and politics more closely align with the views of our region.

Thank you both!
