Well the fact that this is a state of emergency goes without saying. My crews have been on the ground since the first day of the snowstorm, and I commend you for helping them clear the snow. I wish the Knights' Templar of Rhode Island my best in their work to help the great people of Buffalo, NY.

As I have said before, maybe an Assembly run would be in your best interest if you truly want to change the Assembly's culture?
