The 23% of pro choice voters who only support it in a few circumstances (i.e. rape, incest, mother's life) is also very encouraging.

Yep.  And that's where the Democrats lose the argument, as the mainstream position in their party now is abortion should be legal basically up until the moment of birth. That's what Republicans should focus on.  When asked pro-choice vs pro-life people think of it in absolute terms.

Ironically, I changed to the other direction recently.

You know, many of the most ardent pro-lifers were formerly pro-choice and are now some of the best activists out there. Mind sharing why?
