WA-06: Kevin Van De Wege (D - Sequim) [Conservadem, but I personally know him]
WA-07: Kashma Sawant (I - Seattle)

WA-09: Steve Berquist (D - Renton)
WA-10: Denny Heck (D - Olympia) [Couldn't find anyone better]

Actual ability to win/hold seats was completely ignored.
