At this moment, I am not in favor of this bill.

I hold reservations over, as expressed by Governor Sawx, the possibility of someone being fired. It is generally rather difficult to re-enter a school system halfway through a term - especially if one has been out of the education system for a year or two.

With all members having voted, the time for voting has elapsed.

With 3 Nays and 2 Ayes , this bill has not garnered the support of a majority of the members of the Assembly and fails.
