I can understand not counting Velasco's vote since he edited it after the 20 minute threshold, but why count Julio's? In the opening post to the Feb. 2014 Presidential election, it not only prohibited what Velasco did, but also what Julio did when attempting to turn the election into a discussion with more than just a vote, so I feel TNF should be declared the winner. His challenger, Lumine, already conceded anyways.
Also, to make it easier and avoid the name abbreviation "OABB", you could always just use Adam C. FitzGerald which I'm registered as in Atlasia.
