I already don't like how neoliberal Wyden is, so if he votes against this, it'll definitely push me toward some third party in 2016.

Why is Wyden undecided/leaning towards no? Looking at his record he seems like a generic progressive-who voted against Iraq in 2003 and voted against re-approving the patriot Act in 2006

Wyden is big on civil liberties, hence his Patriot Act vote (and his support for Rand Paul's filibuster), but he is still very much a maverick with some conservative idiosyncrasies.
