Emphasis on "marked" classified. If there were e-mails that contained information that was classified at the time but it wasn't marked as classified, then no she didn't lie. It matters because if it's marked classified, then you know it's classified. If it's not marked classified, well maybe you don't. Maybe you should, and perhaps it's negligent in some manner, but it doesn't mean she lied.

She is incompetent to serve as president any way you cut it. She treated her classified material "extremely carelessly".

Look I'm just pointing out to the OP that she didn't lie. Obviously the answer to your question is no, but I think it's a leap to conclude she would be careless as a President because of this. And regardless I'll take her over Donald Trump x100.
