Yeah I think he is done atm. The only candidates with a chance at this point are Bush, Cruz, Rubio, Paul, and Kasich

I'm assuming he was referring to the general election, in which Paul is definitely electable (though recent polls show him doing worse now), he's just not electable in the primary.
