I took the political matrix test in the first time in what seems like years and I got the result you should see below my name. I still have to grow out of this libertarian phase damn.

I'll try some more quizzes over the next few days and see where I'm at on those as well.

Interesting how I'm not more on the side of 'nation'. Some of these questions were definitely extreme and strawmen so I chose neutral on a lot of them.

Kind of feel weird about this quiz but here are the results for me. The biggest surprises is that I'm not further right on the role of government and education, and not further left on foreign policy and civil liberties.

Overall: 59% R

Role of Government: 66% R
Economy and Jobs: 77% R

Values: 51% D
Defense and Foreign Policy: 62% D

Budget and Taxes: 72% R
Energy and Environment: 78% R

Civil Liberties: 55% D
Immigration: 72% D

Healthcare: 66% R
Education: 66% R

Wow. Purely coincidental but I'm sure we agree on most everything.

http://www.politicalcompass.org/test

Economic: 5.50
Social: -2.67

Surprised I'm only -2.67 on the social scale. But then again this site gives scenarios instead of principles.

Economic Left/Right: 6.38
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -4.21

Political Spectrum Quiz:

Right: 6.32
Libertarian: 8.2
Foreign Policy: -7.13
Culture: -6.42

Other than the fact that I think my economic score should be more conservative, I think these results are accurate.

Compass: You are a right social libertarian. Right: 5.52 Libertarian: 8.48

Foreign Policy: On the left side are pacifists and anti-war activists. On the right side are those who want a strong military that intervenes around the world. You scored: -6.77

Culture: Where are you in the culture war? On the liberal side, or the conservative side? This scale may apply more to the US than other countries. You scored: -4.88

Foreign Policy: On the left side are pacifists and anti-war activists. On the right side are those who want a strong military that intervenes around the world. You scored: -8.15
