Democrats are stuck at 45-47 percent and can't get above that. If Metro Atlanta outside of DeKalb-Fulton-Clayton starts voting like the SF Bay Ara 10 counties (no county below 59 percent Democratic, and Marin at 74 percent), Georgia flips.

Another option is rural Southern Georgia re-flipping to Michelle Nunn as a reaction to an extreme right Republican primary winner.  Suburban Atlanta would probably move as well.
