Term limits question in Illinois: I'm not going to be surprised if this constitutional amendment passes just to get rid of folks like Quinn, Madigan (Mike), and others.

The following down-ballot statewide offices in Illinois for 2014:
Secretary of State: Jesse White (D) winning again for a 5th and (hopefully) final term
State Attorney General: Lisa Madigan (D) wins her 4th term in another landslide margin (could she crack 80 percent next year?). I mean she's gotta be thinking about 2018 and moving into the Executive Mansion in Springfield if she's got gubernatorial aspirations.
State Comptroller: Judy Barr Topinka (R) wins reelection, but that's as far she's going in higher statewide office.
State Treasurer: all depends on what happens on both Dem and GOP nominees.
