If you are pro-life are their any exceptions where abortion should be legal?

If you are pro-choice are their any situtations where abortion should be banned?

Ernest brings up a good point: "when does human life begin?". If the abortion occurs before full sensory development, and little or no pain is inflicted, is it still a crime? I belief that abortion itself is constitutional, but at the same time despise it. You might not have existed. You could have been inches from life and never lived at all.

A far greater question that even this one, comes to play when a mother's life is at risk......kill the mother, or kill the child? I believe that it should be left up to the mother, or if she can't, the father. Personally if I were the father I would want to save my wife, but many argue that the child has not had a fair chance at life yet.

never said it was phillip, but it is best left to the states. Don't you neo-cons have enough constitutional amendments?

Yes sorry for the misunderstanding that is what I want. And the lady in Roe v Wade who had the abortion has since become pro-life. What I don't want Phillip, is for it to be banned nationally.

what about if the baby is born with a severe debilitating genetic condition where it is unlikely to live past age 2, and is expected to suffer greatly? Abortion is bad, and Roe V Wade should be overturned, but Brambila, Abortion cannot be made non-existant. In situations such as those Abortion is necessary.

Abortion is the most DISGUSTING act in human history! Those "doctors" should feel ashamed to wake up in the mornings knowing what they do.

I guess they probablly become desensitized after a while, but either way they must be filled with shame.

"what do you do for a living", the boy asks his mother
"I kill babies", the mother responds

Seriously, it is probablly more humiliating than discusting to these people. I can't see why anyone would want to work their. Perhaps the pay is good but hell it is coming from our friggin tax money. If the mother wants to have an abortion, she should at least pay for it herself.

because it's inhumane.

one side is selfish, the other inhumane, on this issue.

I'd really like to see it just go away.

It is a difficult supercharged divisive issue, and many people feel that way. This is why it was talked about so infrequently during the election campaigns

STRONGLY PRO-CHOICE!!!  Yay NARAL and Planned Parenthood.  I am a card carrying member by the way.

Is that something you'd like to announce and be proud of?

Hey I know women who are.

How can you be proud of murder?

No, no...to them it's a woman's "choice." There's no taking of an innocent life involved. It's just the woman's "right" to control her body.

That baby will never be able to control its body.

Like it's that simple.  You carry a baby and understand what a girl goes through. ASS!

It was your choice to carry that baby, Troll!

In a way everyone is pro-choice. I believe in the right to choose whether or not to get pregnant. You believe in the right to choose whether or not to take away someone elses right to choose. It is different if you are raped, but even then adoption is a MUCH better alternative. At least it has a chance at life.

The fourteenth amendment says that no state can “deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.” The way I see it, the activist court of Roe V. Wade stretched liberty to mean privacy, and then stretched and somehow linked being forced to not kill the fetus, to an invasion of that privacy. At the same time the activist court ignored the word life. If no state can make a law depriving any person of life, wouldn’t that mean that abortion is unconstitutional? Yet these baby killers sitting on our nation’s highest court have found a way around that too. They claim that in there opinion babies that haven’t been delivered are not living creatures. If I was going to make a ruling that will invalidate the laws of 46 states, I would make damn sure that my ruling was based on facts and not opinion.
