I'm probably going to be a little more detailed with the NC assignments considering I'm from there. The cities mentioned in the other states are more suggestive. For instance, I list PA's cities here, but also think Biden shouldn't neglect the more rural areas of the state.
Obama: Charlotte, Raleigh, & Greensboro, NC; Atlanta, GA; Columbia, SC
Biden: Cleveland, Columbus, & Cincinnati, OH; Pittsburgh & Philadelphia, PA; Des Moines, IA
Kaine: Concord & Chapel Hill, NC; Miami, FL; Las Vegas, NV; Phoenix & Tempe, AZ; Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, & El Paso, TX
(Bill) Clinton: Atlanta, GA; St. Louis, MO; Las Vegas, NV; Salt Lake City, UT
