Did the turnout massively increase or did 10,000 people switch their votes from Bush to Obama?

A massive swing wouldn't be surprising.  Even in Hawai'i, Pacific Islanders voted heavily Gore in 2000, Bush in '04, and swung way to Obama in '08.  They're the most pro-incumbent voting bloc in the U.S.

(Although that doesn't mean that varying turnout was necessarily an insignificant factor.  It's a straw poll, after all.)
